In my opinion if something goes wrong when you visit this smiles surgery, my experience is they walk away from it and say their dentists are responsible as individuals and not them as a practice. this whole experience has cost a small fortune, I had to chase down the original dentist who agreed to pay for my corrective surgery and I've had to undergo multiple painful surgeries and take countless days off work all at my own expense to fix an issue that started in Smiles Bray, but was never identified over a prolonged period allowing it to cause massive damage. they took no responsibility for not spotting the tip of the medical instrument over a 5 year period. they kept saying to talk to the dentist directly who no longer worked with them. However, 1 visit to another dentist outside the Smiles chain and it took 10 minutes to identified the issue and the cause of 5 years of problems.
